carries the insurance?
Wayne ARC carries all the necessary insurances on the staff as well
as the consumers.
- How
do we get billed?
We can bill for our services weekly or monthly. You can request by the
hour or by the piece.
- Do
I have to commit to a long term contract?
A long term contract would be ideal but we can be flexible. We will
work the times that you need us. Please give us about one week's notice
to put together the best team for your needs.

- What
do you supply?
We will supply the work force, dressed to your company's specifications.
The company will supply all the necessary tools for the job and personal
protective equipment such as safety glasses, rubber gloves, etc.
- What
about quality and quantity of work?
Typically, once our consumers learn the job, they work very quickly
and very precisely, with a keen eye for detail. The supervisor's job
is to check their work for quality and to make sure they are working
at the speed necessary to complete the job in the time specified.
- What
about concerns after they start work?
We want open communication. Any concerns can be addressed with the
supervisor or with appropriate staff at Wayne ARC. We welcome feedback
and will act promptly to satisfy your concerns.
